What We Do
We help regions see their own labor market precisely.
A region needs clear demand and supply signals before it can plan anything: what employers actually need in terms of roles, volumes, timing, and what full productivity in the job requires, and on the supply side, where the flow of people into those roles breaks down and at which step. Most regions are working from signals that are too broad, too late, or contradicted by the next employer they ask. Without a clear picture, every goal a region sets after that is a guess.
We do both fast enough to be worth anyone's participation.
Employers have been surveyed and convened by a dozen different organizations and have watched most of it come to very little, which is why they stop showing up. How fast a region moves from seeing its labor market clearly to acting on it determines who is still at the table when the decisions get made.

Ownership in a regional workforce system is distributed across employers, educators, intermediaries, and funders, and accountability usually isn't distributed with it. Everyone owns a piece and no piece answers to anything larger than itself.
